It seems without even asking us in email or via support forum here or neither having a dialogue you place 1 star on someones work which has been done after months of hard work and that too being offered for FREE.

Pity with such people like you who exists in this community.

Lack of language files and impossibility to transfer is a MAJOR drawback. I love the idea behind the theme, but I can’t use it because you forgot to include translation-ready features. The other comment about the theme not being responsive is also very pertinent in 2015. Even if you put a lifetime of work into something, if it isn’t up to par with current offerings, free or not, it doesn’t have as much value as the work you put in it.
I was going to use the theme as it would be perfect for my non-profit, but no responsiveness and no possibilty to translate means I just cannot use it.

Who said no possibility to translate? we have included a po file. We can generate a po file and resend as well to someone who needs it.

Yes responsive is very pertinent and we are slowly adding more features to the PRO version so that free can also be responsive. Will be done later this month.
