Trapped site

  • Our former webmaster/site host had successfully linked our wordpress site to our website. But when we switched webmasters and site hosts, she said it would move with us; but it didn’t:
    https://bethany-newark.org/wordpress/

    Apparently it’s still pointing to the old server where our site was hosted. I have the login info, but of course I can’t get past the 404 error to login to change where it is pointing… Is there anyway to “reset” the site’s location so that we can have it point to our new servers? (Did ANY of this make sense??) ??

  • Verify in “Domain Manager” within your cpanel where the website points to and make the modifications required…

    Don’t I have to be logged into the admin portal to get to the domain manager?? I can’t even get to the login page!
