Transposh suddenly doesn't work anymore!!

I’ve used Transposh with great satisfaction for 3 years now. But suddenly it started malfunctioning. Problems:
-It doesn’t save anymore. It gives an error notice and asks me to contact support. (‘Problem saving translation, contact support. Server’s message: not found)
– Several menu items in the side bar have gone missing, and others in the header menu heave been translated into Azerbaidjani!
-Transposh changes URLs when I translate into English, like https://beeldhouwerijblog.nl/en/en/gevelsteen-meermin-in-taille-directe/?lang=en
instead of
https://beeldhouwerijblog.nl/en/gevelsteen-meermin-in-taille-directe/?lang=en
or
https://beeldhouwerijblog.nl/gevelsteen-meermin-in-taille-directe/?lang=enI am afraid of deleting and reinstalling Transposh, for I don’t know where my translations are kept. I am thinking of using an alternative plugin, but as my blog currently is quite extensive, that would mean a lot of copying and pasting… IF everything is still there.
