Transposh Slow down Webside

We use in our Onlineshops Transposh but this Plugin need by gtmetrix.com more as 30 Secunds to load and the Webside stop by this !!

What can we do to optimise transposh to be more quick ??

Settings:
URLs neu schreiben ( Checked )
Rewrite URLs to be search engine friendly, e.g. (https://transposh.org/en). Requires that permalinks will be enabled.

Detect language based on IP ( Checked )
This enables auto detection of language based on IP Geo detection. This will redirect the first page accessed in the session to the same page with the detected language.
