Transparent header but can’t get rid of header background above it

My page is offline otherwise I’d show you..i’m a beginner.

I’m using beaver builder (Free) and used this plugin to make the header transparent. Theme is Astra. For some reason when the page loads everything looks good but the page is scrolled down exactly the width of the header. Then when I scroll up there is this ugly gray header. How do I get rid of that header up above?
