Transparent Content Background possible?

  • Hello everyone,

    I′m using Hueman with a nice background image. It′s so nice, it made problems.
    The Homepage Owner suggested, that the content background might be slightly transparent, so the Image can be seen at any time.

    Im not sure, how to achieve such a situation.
    All Text and Headline should be visible 100%, but the (in my case white) Background should be like 80 – 90% transparent, so you see a bit of the background image anytime.

    I tried with some CSS, but with opacity i only get either all content transparent, or none.

    I hope someone can help me out.
