    Our website was down for a few hours and once we got back up, we started getting 503 errors when trying the tracking data transmission. It would always give us this error:

    Transmit Tracking Data
    The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable.

    I tried contacting siteground (server), cloudflare, and shipstation, none of them could see the problem on their end. I whitelisted the ip range of the computers used for the site but it still doesn’t work. The tech support agents asked me if I have already contacted the plugin dev that is why I wanted to ask support for this problem.
