Translations not working

Hi, I read the other support threads about translating (or amending the English language labels) the comment submission forms. I’ve installed Discuz and the Discuz Comments plugins which shows the fields, messages and notifications editor. I updated all the instances of discussion and comments to reviews/comments, but the front-end versions haven’t changed/
I also installed Loco-Translate and tried to edit the strings there, still no success.

My site/server doesn’t have a cache to clear. What could be preventing the text from being edited?
