Have you set your WordPress language correctly?

Please provide a download link to your theme and I will confirm if it’s compatible.

    Hi Tim,

Yes, wordpress installation is in dutch and wp-config states: WPLANG is nl_NL.

    Link for the theme: hemeforest.net/item/one-touch-multifunctional-metro-stylish-theme/3680565

    One Touch theme by Crumina.

    Thanks for the help Tim!

    Regards,

WPLANG is no longer supported in WordPress 4. See the link I posted above.

Thanks for the feedback. Could the setting interfere with the plugin? I will remove it anyway.

The language setting in wordpress itself is Dutch.

As we are developing a new site on a subdomain, could it be possible that the live domain and subdomain have different settings and therefor cause issues?

In that case I will wait with translations after the website is running on the live domain.

WPLANG is harmless, but leads people to think they’ve set their language when they haven’t.

If you have set your language correctly, I suspect my plugin just isn’t compatible with your theme. See the first two FAQs here: https://localise.biz/help/wordpress/translate-plugin/faqs
