Translations don't work

I’ve created with Loco translations some Finnish (fi_FI) translations and I think I have tried absolutely everything, but I can’t get the translations to work.
At the moment I have the translations at these both positions:
1. wp-content/languages/plugins/wpuf-fi_FI.po (and .mo)
2. wp-content/plugins/languages/wpuf-fi_FI.po (and .mo)In the latter (2) are also fa_IR and zh_CN languages, I wonder if they work either… I have compared the files, they should be identical (without referance to poedit though).
