    Hi,

if I use your plugin, the translation is worse than the translation directly on translate.google.com.
Are you sure the plugin uses NMT instead ob PBMT?

The translation from German to English sounds like the translations Google had some years ago. But if you go directly to translate.google.com and use that it is correct.
Do you know what might be the reason?

    Thanks in advance,
    Matt

    Hi,

The free plugin uses PBMT while translate.google.com uses NMT for most of language pairs with English.

Our paid versions uses NMT. You can upgrade here: https://gtranslate.io/#pricing

    Thanks! ??

    Oh thanks,
in the repository it sounded like the free version uses NMT too.
Maybe you can make that clearer there?
    Thanks anyway,
    Matt

I had wondered about the poor quality of the translation. Now I finally know the reason. It would be great if you could offer NMT in a free version for one language.

Too bad, then I have to look for another translation plugin.

Unfortunately NMT is not free, it costs money.

    Thanks! ??

That means you have to pay for the use? Then it is understandable that the plugin with NMT is only available in a paid version.

    Thanks for the information.

My way to NMT was in the end:
    1. Use Plugin “TranslatePress Multilingual”
    2. Create your own Google Translation API Key in your own Google Account. If you don’t need more than 2000000 characters a day it’s for free for at least a year.
    Then enjoy NMT!
