the plugin was already translated using loco, this part does not appear in loco. I found the location of the sitring ( plugins > miniorange-otp-verification > handler > forms > WooCommerceCheckOutForm.php line 244: $mo(“#”+n+”_field”).children(“label”).text().replace(“*”,””)+
“ is a required field.”+ )
Changed it to french, and it resolved the problem.
But how to make it detectable from loco, because after a update of the plugin it will return to english.

We are already working on this and will be releasing an update soon.
These strings are additional strings that we have added for extra features like the Custom Button.
You can reach out to us in case you would like us to translate these strings for you.

As for the updates, you should always keep a backup of your plugins before updating them.

Also, in order to contact us, you can simply click on the Need help button to send in your query.
