Translation with WPML

  • Hi there!

    First, thank you for your amazing plugin which helps us to simplify the customer path!!

    I just have an issue to translate the plugin, just 2 parts in facts :
    – Opt-in text
    – the title like Login with socialID

    I use WPML to translate my website, I found these two parts in the translation string but when I translate these parts in english and portuguese, there is no change in the translated page.

    Do you have an idea of what issue it is and how to translate these parts?

    Hi Theo,

    I am seeing the title above the social login icons – “Connectez-vous avec vos réseaux sociaux”. Have you saved it already translated in the admin area?
    I don’t find any way to change the language of your website.

    Yes I saved it in the admin area, Super Socializer > Avanced Configuration > Social Login Options > Title.

    I’m sorry, you can change the language by adding in at the end of the basic url, /en/ or /pt-pt/. The translation is in progress, that’s why, there is no way visible to change the language yet.

    Would you save it in English and check if this makes any difference?
    I tried loading the web page https://www.soleilconceptstore.com/pt/my-soleil-account/ but the text at the web page was still in the English.

    I tried to saved it in English but there is no change, no translation, now, the text are in english. I tried to translate these in the string translation WPML without success.

    You can access to the PT part with the this URL : https://www.soleilconceptstore.com/pt-pt/

    No other text from the plugin being translated, there is just two parts that I need to translate from this plugin in the account page.
