Translation updatemania

    When updating to 4.0, the software is stuck in a loop saying there are new translations. This is after clearing cache and restarting apache. It does indeed update the same main translations (Swedish in this case) over and over again, yet advertising a new update in the backend panel.

    It is not a permission problem, I am updating through SSH2. Here is the recursive listing of languages:

    (It is also updating translations for akismet, although I do not use that plugin. Seems to be another bug.)
