Portuguese translation of Weather Atlas Widget is only partial – 7% finished, with 78 translations waiting for approval – not enough for auto-generating translation that your WP site will auto-download and include in your site.
If you do not want to engage in translation, you should only set your WP language to Portuguese, and wait. When enough % of the widget is translated it will start displaying in PT instead EN.
