Translation takes time when reload new page

Hi,

I have enabled the translation on this site and my base language is English. However when i try to set the language to arabic its show the content in arabic and if i open any other page within this domain then at first the content shows in english and after some time it then shows in arabic. It take some time to reload the content in arabic.
Is there any option if we choose any language and user open any page then it should show the content with the same chosen language without taking delay.
