Hello! On my website, in my personal account, the “address” line is not translated into Russian. The WooCommerce plugin is responsible for displaying this line. The Loco Translate plugin has translated this string into Russian, but my site displays the English word “address”. Please help me solve my problem.

The WooCommerce plugin is responsible for displaying this line.

You should contact the developer of the code that displays this line.

The Loco Translate plugin has translated this string into Russian

Then it has done its job. I don’t provide help beyond the functions of my plugin.

Should I be solving this problem with WooCommerce developers?

It was you who told me that the WooCommerce plugin is responsible for displaying this line. I have no way of knowing whether this is true. If you believe it is, then contact them.

I have seen themes that take copies of WooCommerce translations and let them get out of date. If that’s happening with you then your theme is responsible. I can’t possibly know this either.

My theme support team told me to contact the Loco Translate plugin support team to help me create the translation correctly. They disclaimed responsibility and said that their topic was not responsible for displaying this line.

    Ok. So contact WooCommerce then.

As I’ve said. My plugin saves strings into files on your disk. If they are not displaying it could be for countless reasons that I can’t guess at. Hence I don’t provide help with this type of problem.
