Translation problem and video player problem

    Hello, I have a problem translating this pop-up screen. I used the translation add-on, but none of this text appears. Please help me. I also have another problem in the tutor lms player. The video control tools do not appear. I expect that they were blocked on my site in Iraq. Please look into this matter. I used another player and contacted support and they solved the problem, but in the tutor lms player it is still there until now. However, when I turn on the vpn, the video tools appear.
