translation problem

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    First, I would really appreciated for your awesome plugin for invoicing, at the beginning I was delighted to find this then I was found some problems with translating invoice template (sliced-tags-display-modules.php), in some cases. I was translated lots of parts, however, when I wanted to translate below lines, they did not work like other ones.

    – <td><?php printf( esc_html_x( ‘%s Number’, ‘invoice number’, ‘sliced-invoices’ ), sliced_get_invoice_label() ); ?></td>

    – <td><?php printf( esc_html_x( ‘%s Date’, ‘invoice date’, ‘sliced-invoices’ ), sliced_get_invoice_label() ); ?></td>

    I would be delighted if you will help me to solve this.

    Hi Matthew,

    I don’t recommend editing the plugin files directly… there are many reasons why that is a bad practice, but for one your translations will be lost as soon as you update the plugin. Instead I would encourage you to check out Poedit (https://poedit.net/), which I think is the best way to do translations.
