Hi, another question with another topic. When I update my CRM, my translation expired… I translate with Loco translate. How to update to the new version without losing the translation? Regards!

  • Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Any translations made with Loco Translate for the previous versions of Jetpack CRM ideally should work with the latest 5.x versions of the plugin.

On your website, which version of Jetpack CRM are you updating from? On which version of the plugin are the translations working properly? On updating the plugin, do all translations stop working?

I also recommend backing up the translation files before upgrading the plugin. Loco translate stores the translation files in one of these three locations.

    • languages/loco/plugins/
    • languages/plugins/
    • plugins/zero-bs-crm/languages/

Hi there, the version of my plugin is Version 5.0.0. And the problem is with the new update. When I updated the plugin, my translation expired. Ok, I will try to backup loco translate files, update CRM, and import loco files again…

If it helps, you could press the _Sync_ button in Loco translate to update your translation with any newly added strings from the plugin translation template.
