After installing Translate Press and translating my website from English to Arabic, I set Arabic as the default language. Upon reviewing the entire website, I discovered that some words, such as “shop,” instead of being translated into Arabic, defaulted back to using the English word “shop” as the default in Arabic language. When attempting to re-translate the word, Translate Press does not allow me to make changes; the only option provided is to translate to the second language. Is there a solution to fix this issue?

  • Hello,

    Thank you for reaching us!

Please create three screenshots for us.
One with the string showing the default language and the translated one and, one with your TranslatePress General Settings to see how you structured the languages.

The last one is a screenshot from your WordPress General Settings. Settings -> General

We need to see the choosen language for the website there as well.

    Kind regards,
