I have just installed the WPGlobus Multi-lingual Everything plug-in. I added Japanese to settings, chose the flag, assigned it to show on main menu, saved everything. I went in and put Japanese translation in for two particular pages and updated. I have three problems:

    1) When I visit my site and try it out, it doesn’t work. I cannot get the main menu title to go back to English, when I hit the toggle button. And when I click on the drop down menu’s Japanese button, it takes me to a 404 page.

    2) I noticed that when I inserted the Japanese translation into the page it wipes out the English version. And vice versa.

    3) I don’t know how to get back to the plugin settings page to see if I mistakenly didn’t check a box or something. How do I edit my settings once I get out of that initial page I went to?

NOTE: My theme Theme Blvd’s Denali template.

    Deactivate all plugins except WPGlobus,
switch to standard theme, example 2015 and make check again

    Hi Alex,

    4 questions:

    1) If I switch to 2015, will I lose all of the work I’ve done on Denali?

    2) Can I eventually go back to Denali or will it not work with Denali?

    3) If I deactivate all of my plugins will I lose what I had done with those (i.e. the work I did on the Contact page)?

    4) What is the reason for having to do this?

    3. no
    4. if you carefully read https://www.wpglobus.com/support/before-contacting-wpglobus-support/ you could see “Try WPGlobus on a standard theme, like “twentyfourteen”. See if the problem is related to your theme.”
