Translation of “you might also like”

Hi. I would like to know, how can I translate the “you might also like” into another language.

I have already translated the “read more” in the post slider plugin, but I cannot seem to find anything similar for “you might also like”. In the customizer’s single post section, there is only an option to disable it. I would like to keep it, but in another language.
