Translation of widget text "views" and "comments"

Hi there,
I am using the WPP plugin on a blog which is in Russian but I just want to translate the plugin text that is showing in the widget where it shows the number of “VIEWS” and “COMMENTS” below the blog title link (these are the only two options we’ve chosen to show). But when I open the translation .pot file to add the correct text, there is no word for “Views” on its own in the English source text. Am I doing something wrong?!
