Translation of "sale"- tag is not working.

Translate on https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/woocommerce and it will be translated next release.

It is already translated there. But on my website it still says “sale”

Check if its a plugin or the theme; if they have their own ‘sale’ string and textdomain, it will require a separate translation.

It is not a plugin It is the WooCommerce theme. The WooCommerce theme won’t translate this text.

How can I check if it is the theme or plugin?

Switch to the default WP theme? Twenty Twelve. Then check the string again.

Hi @rinormaz, if Default WP theme works, then mostly is because of your current theme which does not translate it or it just hardcode.

Anyway, you can use this free plugin to translate any string, quick fix.

Hi Terry. I am using a plugin called Loco translate for translation. I have tried that one but it does not work to translate this string.

Do you think this plugin you recommended will be different from Loco translate?
