Translation of individual words into German (general) | Layout in sent mails

    Hello,

    a really great plugin, which is almost a must for every Woocommerce user. Nevertheless I have a problem:

    In my preview the already known words <Order>, <Quantity>, <Billing address> and others are not translated into German, nor are they translated in the e-mails. The layout, on the other hand, will be implemented in the preview, but not in the mails sent (both test via Kadence and live). Especially <Padding> seems to be affected (no intervals in the mails).

    Loco translates the building blocks (in Kadence). Files are not overwritten according to their status (my theme is <Online Shop> from Acme). My plugins among others: Elementor, Paypal extensions (Express and Plus), Woo Germanized, PDF Invoices and YITH Wishlist. Mockup or real order makes no difference.

    Thanks for posting,

    That ^ tells me something else is overriding your email templates. If the styling it’s changing then something else is overriding it.

    Have you tried deactivating your plugins and activating another theme to test?

    thank you for your quick answer.

    I will try the plugins and report here again.

    To be honest, I don’t like to change the theme. If it’s not the plugins, would there be a way to prevent it from being overwritten?

    I am suggesting that you test by activating another theme. If that turns out to be the issue then you can try and figure out different options but need to find the issue first.

    Hello again,

    i have now tested TWENTY NINETEEN instead of ONLINE SHOP as theme. I have placed a new, real order. But the problem remains the same – as described above.

    Thanks did you also deactivate plugins? You wrote before “I will try the plugins and report here again.”

    In your woocommerce settings > emails can you make sure all your emails are set to send HTML and not plain?

    HTML is activated.

    I suspect that GERMANIZED is the problem. Maybe this post is the solution: Do you know what Raphael means by copy?

    I don’t know the GERMANIZED plugin at all. I don’t know what Raphael means. I suggest you contact GERMANIZED plugin support.
