When you close the window, it’s closing for the day. But retry to connect today and you’lll see the popup again…

I tried right now on your website and I cannot see that.
Looking at the code use a transient to save that information instead of an option. Maybe you have something that cleanup the transient outside the normal workflow of WordPress?
