Translation of form fields

    Hello

    I really like your plugin. I’m currently implementing it into a new website of a physician located in Switzerland. We need to provide four languages.

    I started translating the plugin with Loco-Translate, which is basically fine but doesn’t work for the form fields:

    Fields like surname, last name, address or terms of service are not translatable.
    How can I fix this?

    Multiple calendars are no viable option, as we need to have all appointments in one.

    Addition:

    The same applies to the services as well. And I would guess to the Surcharge/Taxes too?

    Can you please fix this to make these strings translatable?

    Hello,

    We will add a new ‘Schedules sharing’ functions in the near future.
    Create a calendar for each language using the function.
