Thanks for letting us know about this. I had a quick look and it seems as though the only places those versions of the links appear is in the the gettext context parts of strings that are used to populate defaults for options, which means those don’t actually appear in the admin or on the front end of your site, but only in the code.
The references to those that do appear e.g. on the settings page already contain the correct version of the URL (e.g. https://amsul.ca/pickadate.js/date/#formatting-rules).
We’ll get the context URLs updated as well, but, in the meantime, the ones you mentioned should not be appearing anywhere other than the code and should not be affecting anything.
