Translation not working

  • Hey there,

    I am using the plugin with latest Version of WordPress and Enfold theme.
    Usind Formal german (de_DE_formal). Tried every file with _formal, too.

    I got the german files here:
    /wp-content/languages/plugins/wp-knowledgebase-de_DE.mo (and .po),
    here too:
    /wp-content/languages/wp-knowledgebase-de_DE.mo (and .po),
    and here to be sure:
    /wp-content/plugins/wp-knowledgebase/languages/wp-knowledgebase-de_DE.mo (and .po)

    I deleted cache, tried firefox, chrome, edge and opera. I also tried to chande to unformal.

    Any idea what i am doing wrong?
