Translation not working

  • Hi,

    I have a couple of questions, actually.

    First, the spanish translation is not working. For example, on Next and previous buttons. Where should I locate the translation files?

    Second question, I have several categories, as you can see on my page. Initially, ALL is selected, and the first 40 posts show up. However, when I press one of the categories, it just filters those 40 posts. But if there is an older post of that category, that was not on the first page of results, it won’t show up, giving the impression that there are fewer posts on that category than there really are.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Hello @factorchem , sorry for the delay.

    1. If you are talking about the next and previous buttons of the single page, they are added by your theme (not by Powerfolio plugin). Also, I noticed that they are already translated. Is it correct? e.g. https://www.corquimia.com/wordpress/presentes-en-alimentaria-2022-foodtech/
    2. At the moment, the filter only works with the posts that are already displayed on the page, so this expected. We have plans to improve it, but we can’t give an ETA at the moment.

    Hi, thank you for your reply.
    Actually, the trasnlation I can’t see working is the one on the categories button. For example, the button ALL. I used the Loco translate plugin to translate ALL for TODO.

    But it’s not working.

    I went through the plugins file, and I added this line of code to
    portfolio-elementor/classes/Powerfolio_Post_Grid.php

    86 $tax_text=__( $tax_text, ‘powerfolio’ );

    With this, I kinda solve the problem. But I’m not an expert coder, so there is probably a better solution?
