Translation not work for traditional chinese

First of all, thanks for offering this auto translate plugin.
I added and tried the chinese translation. There are zh_TW, zh_HK zh_CN locale but all translated into same coding: simplified chinese. But TW and HK should use traditional chinese.
Can I help to fix it ? I am a novice to WordPress, please enlighten me on how to do it. Many thanks.
BTW, wanted to check out https://moutons.ch but I don’t understand the language on the web site.
