Translation missing and impossible to set any address

    Hello,

    I have translated your plugin in french, but 2 (may be more) :
    – Additional billing addresses
    – Additional shipping addresses
    these phrases are not into the .pot file

    Also, I can’t add any additional addresses, there is no button or link to do that !
