Translation lost after update

Hello i am using Loco Translate to translate woocommerce and other plugin in our site. But when i update the plugins all the translation are gone !! Same thing happens when i use global folder for translate.

Is any way to prevent that ?? What i must do? Save the file and upload again after the update?
