• Everything is translated correctly in the email designer, but when I actually send an email, some strings are in English and some in Bulgarian. I have updated to the latest version and I have currently noticed the problem with the order in process email. The new order email is fine after the update.

    Thank you

  • Hey,
Is your WordPress admin in English or Bulgarian? If you are sending from an admin with the language set to English then some translations will think you want English for example.

Hi, yes my site is multilingual and my admin will be in English. How can I
    Solve this issue?

If you are testing emails that are sent from your admin then they will always be in the language that you are initiating the request from.

So in the multilingual site where someone might be viewing/purchasing using Bulgarian then that email would be translated.

The point being it’s not an issue it’s only more difficult to test. If you need to test simply set the admin language to Bulgarian and send a test.

    Does that make sense?

    Hi Ben,
Thanks for the answer. The email is half Bulgarian half english. The language for the user is set to Bulgarian.

When I disable the plugin, the email is fully translated to Bulgarian and works as expected.

    Hey,

Just trying to understand so a question for clarity, when you tested did you have the admin set to Bulgarian or English?

I want to make sure again that you set the admin language to Bulgarian if you want to send a Bulgarian email.

In the customizer, all things have been translated when you preview? is that correct?

    Hi Ben,

This is also an issue I had with this plugin. The website is in Algerian and the admin panel is in English. This can be achieved using the plugin called Backend Localization.

When I put in an order without Kadence being activated, I receive the e-mails in Algerian like I edited in Woocommerce – Settings – Emails. But when I activate Kadence, the email bodies and the headers translated via LocoTranslate turn to English.

Can you please doble check how the plugin handles the language?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hey @probablynogod,

Thanks for posting, when you activate this plugin you have to translate it, it’s a different translation then woocommerce because it’s a different plugin. Your woocommerce translations won’t apply to this plugin because the language domain is different.

So once you activate the plugin and translate this plugin in loco translate what part of the content is not translated? And how are you testing is it not translated for customer emails or for emails you send from the admin?

    Ben
