Translation issues

    Hi,

    I have found 2 translation issues:

    1. The term “User Subject :” isn’t translatable via .po/.mo files. It’s part of the e-mail text.

    2. The plugin Loco Translate indicates “Error: Invalid MO format” when trying to add a new language. So one has to use poedit. But Loco Translate ist much more comfortable. Well, just my personal opinion ;-).

    Could you please fix both issues? ??
