Translation issue on checkout page

Where is this string coming from? It looks it’s from a Woocommerce addon and not from Woocommerce itself, am I right?

Is that string hardcoded in the plugin or can you set the text from the plugin options?

If the first, please try this:

If the latter:

If the string is set in the plugin options and you are using the default text, please make a small change in it and check if it appears in WPML > ST.

If none of this points you in the right direction, please open a ticket in our support forum:

as we may need to take a deeper look.

finally I found the plugin which caused the “Ich würde gerne exklusive E-Mails mit Sonderangeboten und Produktinformationen erhalten (optional)”:

it’s the “MailPoet 3 (New)”.

Strange that the string isn’t to be found in the translation list even if I added all strings to WPML according to your link.

However, I deactivated the plugin as first step of the solution.
