    Hi,

I am trying to translate “Sold By”. Allthough the .po and .mo files seem to be translated, the translation doesn’t show in the frontend.

    What I already did try:
    – The wordpress language is set to the right language (Dutch)
    – Translated in Loco translate
    – Checked with poedit -> ok
    – Checked folder for the .po and .mo files: (wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors/languages)
    – Also uploaded to “wp-content/languages/plugins”

Untill now, I haven’t anny result.
Could you take a look at this?

    Installations:
    – WordPress 4.9.7
    – Woocommerce 3.4.3
    – WC Vendors 2.0.10

    Thanks a bunch!

B.t.w: the website is currently being buid, so the url still shows a comming soon page. If necessary i’ll provide you with a login.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

What text domain are you using for the translation?

    Hi,

Not sure what you mean by that.
    Maybe this: “wc-vendors-nl_NL.po” ?

    Greatz

    Hello,

I asked about the text domain because in 1.9.x the text domain was wcvendors but this was changed to wc-vendors to be inline with the translation tools on www.remarpro.com

Language files are to be placed in wp-content/languages/wc-vendors to be picked up.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hi,

    Nothing seems to help.
I checked everything twice from the path to the filename to loco translate to poedit….
Also I checked frontend again after emtying cash and on a incognito-screen.
    So ?

    Cheers,
    Peter

    Hello,

Can you use the contact form on our website and send a link to the language files. I’ll have a look into this on my test environment.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

Hi, i have the same problem , some words i can see them after translation in the front of Dashboard and some words does not working even when i translated

The second issue , there are missing words in the default file po, for example ( product category and other)

the file status 0664 in ftp

pleas can you help me or tell me what is the problem
    thanks

    Hello @allesgute

Are you able to tell me exactly which words aren’t translating? Product category is not in WC Vendors at all so that is why its not in the language file.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

    Hello,

Can you please provide more details so we can follow up with this?

    cheers,

    Jamie.
