Hi @simcik,
Even though the “Update translation” button doesn’t appear, I would still expect it to be related to translation files that have to be updated.
I had just configured a testing site with English as the Site Language, then installed & activated Complianz, and switched to Czech after doing so: the document was still displayed in English.
I resolved it on this environment by manually updating the translation files, but before we try the manual approach, could you try updating any plugin on your site, to see if that causes the translations to be automatically updated?
If the above doesn’t help yet, please attempt the steps below to manually update the translations which I’d expect to resolve the issue:
Navigate to this page containing the Czech translations for Complianz and scroll down to the bottom, until you find the “Export” link. Set it to export “all current” as “Portable Object Message Catalog (.po/pot)”.
This will provide you with an updated translation file. Save it, and rename the file to complianz-gdpr-cs_CZ.po.
Then upload the renamed file to the folder /wp-content/languages/plugins/
on your website, make sure to replace the current complianz-gdpr-cs_CZ.po file with the new one.
I hope this helps to resolve the issue!
Kind regards,
Jarno
