translation is not work on desktop

I use translate press to translate language on my website (from French to English). However, the red button on the top of the page cannot translate only on desktop. But it work on mobile. Please clarify the issues. Picture in the link.

If not,please translate it and see if the translation is appearing on frontend.

At first, the word in button separates (like this C O N T A C T). So I combine this word and then translate and then the red button disappear. When translate the site, only text appears but no red button.
