Translation incomplete

Hello there

Love the plugin to bits but I want to mention some translations that aren’t working. Maybe you should check these out and make them translate-able since all the rest works flawlessly. ??

1) In the overview page of your calender, I can’t seem to translate the things in the status column and the type column.

2) In the settings page of a calendar, the option “Calendar state” can be only partially translated.

3) The button to select a color in the settings page can’t be translated either.

4) On the “service” tab in the settings page of the calender, “Service function” and the slider can’t be translated.

5) Speaking of the previous point, each and every header on the settings panel can’t be translated. (Guests and coupons)

6) In the general settings, for some reason the month names in the “date format” dropdown keep being in English.

7) In the general settings, the headings like “General” and “Design” aren’t translatebale.

8) When setting up the sessions per day, the pop-up where you select the start and end time… The “From” and “To” can’t be translated either.

If all/most of these points can be translate-able in a future version… I would be even happier ??

(PS: I’m currently making sure that all the Dutch variants are at 100% ?? )
