  • Hello,

I have similar trouble with day names displayed in English.

I created plugin translation file for Czech language (I will be happy to provide it to public, please let me know how to share it :-). However there are no translation for days in a week (Monday, Tuesday,…). Are they retrieved from WordPress global language translations?

I tried installing “Language switcher” plugin and activated czech for public pages, but it did not helped. (I am a newbie to WP, though)

I would be perfectly happy to have names of the days in the template (as “close”, “open” already are). Because than I can use qTranslate tags to make the site with multiple language support. Is it possible?

Thanks in advance for taking time in building this plugin.

Yes, the name days are coming from the WordPress main translation. Will check if maybe there’s a bug in there, but should be fine if you have your WP install translated.
