• Hi there,

    we’re seeing language translations (DE in this case) never really update. After applying them (both remotely or manually on the site), they just reappear after a few seconds. Is there a known issue regarding these currently?

    This issue is known to us, Since you are using our Pro features on your website, you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.
    www.remarpro.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

    Thanks but I already sent a support ticket at My.elementor.com and no response yet..

    Did not even get a confirmation mail after sending the ticket, just the message that it was sent and that someone will answer as soon as possible?

    Got a response today, asking for the standard info, I referred them to this topic, because this is not just one website.

    For those who are waiting for an answer.

    I got back this answer from support:

    Our developers are aware of this issue and a bug report is already created in our internal system. Although I’m unable to give you an exact ETA for feedback from our development team, they will work to address this as quickly as possible. If you’d like, feel free to keep an eye on our changelog? to know when this has been fixed.

    We highly appreciate your patience and support during this time while our team works on troubleshooting and resolving this issue.

    The same thing here with it_IT.
    Quite annoying.

    I think this may have been fixed now, not getting the update loop on my sites anymore. What’s with you guys?

    I have found a way of making the message about the language updates go away.

    1. Deactivate Elementor Pro
    2. Run WordPress updates
    3. Reactivate Elementor Pro

    The repeated request for language updates disappears. Whoopee..!
