Hello Loco Team. Since a couple of days, all the translation files can’t be opened with the editor anymore or even new ones can’t be created. The program works and nothing happens. – reinstalling and reinstalling does not solve the problem. At the moment I’m translating less elegant with Poedit and upload the files via FTP. I am happy about a help. Best regards Andreas

What have you upgraded or installed in the last couple of days? This plugin hasn’t been updated for three weeks.

The program works and nothing happens

    Please be more specific.

Also, try disabling all other plugins one by one and see if any were causing a problem.

Hi this site is under construction and I am constantly adding new or alternative features. I do not have an overview of the changes during this process. Only after trying to set up a language file via Loco for the plugin “WooColor” https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-products-color-filters-wp-plugin/3424844 Now I have problems by opening all existing language files on the page peppermint-images.de Does that help? Best regards Andreas

Hi, I found the conflict. After switching off the PlugIn WooColor I can load and edit all files in Loco as usual. Thanks for your support. Best regards Andreas

    ok good.

So I can recognise this conflict in other support requests – what are the symptoms?

You should report this as a bug to WooColor. One plugin should not break another plugin’s admin page.
