    This text won’t be translated: “Create an account for me so I can manage all my ads from one place (password will be emailed to you) or Sign In”

    What language do you use? and why this phrase cannot be translated? WPAdverts has some translations done and all of them have this phrase translated properly.

    German – it’s just this phrase, the rest is ok.

    I translated that phrase without problems using this plugin.

    I also recommend using Loco Translate, if the phrase does not work for you for some reason, the edit WPAdverts phrases using Loco Translate, click “Sync” it should find phrases not translated properly, the enter translations for them, and save / generate mo file.
