Translation English (UK) and German

    Hi,

    I would like to provide translations in English (UK) and German.
    Unfortunately it seems that a lot of strings in the plugin itself haven’t been internationalised.
    Is there an interest in getting a translation?
    Would you prefer me to internationalise the source code and provide translation or can you provide an updated version of your source code.

    Remark: At least some of you URLs in the source code are outdated. You might want to review that?!
