Translation email texts from Ultimate member plugin (WPML)

Unfortunately, it is not possible to translate Plain Text HTML template with WPML. We suggest that you use the HTML email template, you can check our doc:

I wrote my own messages in those fields, but they do not work! It still appears all default messages. Why is this? Aren’t these fields to write the message we want the user to see in the email?

Same problem here…I created the ultimate-member/templates/email/it_IT folder in my child theme and modified all the email template files but Ultimate Member Plugin always send email in default en… ??

The same here… is it the child theme of the site or what? do you need to create all the folders “ultimate-member”/”templates”/”email” in your child website theme?
