translation doesn't work

Environment: WordPress 4.1 using Theme Catch Evolution.
poedit v1.7.3Refined: eventorganiser.po in large – works perfectly.
Translated: event-organiser-posterboard.pot to de_DE .po and .moTried name variations for the .mo in different locations. However, translation doesn’t show up.
