    Hi,
I am trying to translate Archive products element or Advanced search element into Polish, but unfortunately the translation on the website does not change. Examples of words that have not been translated:
    Search for Products …
    Default sorting
    Sort by popularity
    Sort by Avarage rating
    Sort by latest
    Sort by price
    Sort by title.
I used both: Poedit application and the Loco Translate plugin. The files shopengine-pl_PL.mo and shopengine-en_PL.po have been created correctly. I have the current version of the Plugin Shop Engine 1.7.0 and WordPress 5.8.2

Please help mi. Regards, Tom Shed.

  • Hi @braciabebe ,

In my development environment I have tested your given string with Loco Translate plugin. All the strings are found and they have full translation support. Please check this screenshot for the clarification.

    Thank you for your answer.
I was able to find and translate the words to be translated, but unfortunately there are still words in English on the website.

I am attaching the screenshots: translate website

    Hi @braciabebe,
Hope you are doing well and am sorry for keeping you waiting.

From the screenshots you have sent, it seems you have either chosen System or Author to save the translated file. In order to Translate with Loco Translate, Always select Custom Location to save the Translation file instead of selecting System and Author(Screenshot). It is also recommended.

I have checked by translating the sorting section and it is working properly. Please check this screenshot for a better understanding.

Please try by selecting Custom Location and let us know if it is working properly or not. We are always here to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
