translation compatibility

    yes it can be translated through WPML or any other translation program (codestyling, poedit etc).

    Job types are terms; you can rename them. I’m not 100% sure of the process in WPML for this, but I believe they have an interface for terms/taxonomies. Ask on the WPML forums for more guidance on this as they are more familiar with the plugin.
